About Zephyr Concepts
Zephyr Concepts was founded in June of 2005 in San Luis Obispo, CA. In 2006 we relocated to the Washington D.C. metro area. In December of 2008 we incorporated and are now Zephyr Concepts LLC. Since then we have worked with several organizations in the region providing assistance in website design and development. Our goal is to provide clean and crisp design that is not only visually engaging but accessible to all. Our designs comply with both section 508 and WCAG 3.0 guidelines. Creative Liquid Productions website has been launched. The new site features an updated user interface, and enhanced media presentation. The new site has been optimized for search engine optimization as well as general usability.
